For MoneyShow's Jim Jubak, there seems to be no end to the excitement of the EuroZone crisis these days, as it appears that the turmoil is, practically, hopping from one European nation to another these days, as can be deduced, given the recent EuroZone finance ministers' meetings.
I want to know who scripts the meetings of EuroZone finance ministers?
Whoever it is gets maximum drama out of a deadly dull event.
So, here we have the ministers meeting yesterday in Athenshe scene of the almost meltdown in the euro.
The lead item from the meeting is that the finance ministers have ended a six-month bailout standoff and approved an 8.3 billion euro ($11.4 billion) bailout package for Greece, with the first 6.3 billion scheduled for payout by the end of April. The deal comes just in time to pay a 9.3 billion bond due in May. (Most of that, by the way, is due to the European Central Bank.)
The deal became possible when the Greek parliament passed, on Sunday nighty one vote set of reforms demanded by the country international creditors at the European Central Bank, the European Commission, and the International Monetary Fund.

Assuming it delivers on its outlook for 2014, its current free cash flow yield is a very enticing 20%. This isn a growth stock, but its brands still possess hidden value. As cheap stocks go, it very attractive.

Also, to comound these problems, there isn't a clear leader of the project that can steer its investment deicisions. ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM ) , Royal Dutch Shell (NYSE: RDS-A ) , Eni (NYSE: E ) , Total (NYSE: TOT ) , and Kazakh national oil company KazMunaiGas each have a16.81% working interest in the project. This has led to problems involving investment decisions and project mangement.BothExxonMobilandRoyal Dutch Shellhave been extremelydisappointedwith the results, to the point that they have threatened to pull out of the project altogether on a couple of occasions, andConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP ) did get out this year by selling its $5 billion stake in the project to China National Petroleum.

Noble and Delek control the current find, but there are several other promising blocks leased to France's Total (NYSE: TOT ) and Italy's Eni (NYSE: E ) , both of which could also participate in developing the export terminal. This would be a more lucrative proposition for Cyprus than it might be in the U.S., because present nat-gas prices in the EU are more than four times as high as they are in the United States:

More than a handful of international dividend payers had strong performances over the past year. France-based oil giant Total S.A. (NYSE: TOT ) jumped 23%, and yields 4.3%. It's ambitious, taking on some riskier projects such as offshore Nigerian fields as well as shale drilling in Europe. Like its peers, though, Total is facing rising costs and shrinking margins.

Total (NYSE: TOT ) will release its quarterly report tomorrow, and investors have gotten a bit more upbeat about the prospects for the French oil company's stock. Yet from an income perspective, Total earnings aren't poised to deliver the growth that you'd expect in light of relatively strong price action in the oil market in recent months.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Aimee Duffy]
BP (NYSE: BP ) just announced it is getting out of the wind power game, and in fact big oil's green energy initiatives are pretty negligible at this point. It could be disheartening state of affairs, but luckily pipeline companies are stepping in and picking up the slack. In this video, Fool.com contributor Aimee Duffy explores Enbridge's (NYSE: ENB ) recent deal to buy into a wind project in Alberta, and reviews the alternative energy efforts already under way in the North American midstream industry.

Twelve companies fulfilled the above mentioned criteria and 10 of them have a current buy or better rating. One stock has a high yield (5 percent dividend yield or more). To buy cheap stocks is no guarantee for a return but you get value for what you pay and the possibility to overpay a stock is also low if the business model is stable.
Here are the highest yielding results in detail:
BP (BP) has a market capitalization of $128.88 billion. The company employs 85,700 people, generates revenue of $388.285 billion and has a net income of $11.816 billion. The civil fines are likely to be greater than any criminal penalties. The largest criminal settlement reached with a corporation was the $4 billion that oil company BP (BP) agreed to pay last November when it pleaded guilty to manslaughter charges stemming from the Deepwater Horizon explosion and oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

In the company's latest earnings release domestic and international struggles surfaced in the form of year-over-year revenue decreases in its two main segments: upstream and downstream operations. Luckily, and ironically, for Exxon, its chemical division bailed it out. Did peers like Chevron (NYSE: CVX ) and BP (NYSE: BP ) suffer the same fate? Check out the video below to find out.

If you are looking for a semiconductor stock that focus on an area that not so cyclical, mid cap microcontroller (MCU) stock Atmel Corporation (NASDAQ: ATML) could be a good choicemeaning its worth taking a closer look at the stock along with othermicrocontrollerplayers like Microchip Technology Inc (NASDAQ: MCHP), STMicroelectronics N.V. Microcontrollers are programmable andembeddedchips that are increasinglyhidden inside a all sorts of products these days e.g. if you have an appliancewith aLED or LCD screen and a keypad, it contains some kind ofmicrocontroller plus all newautomobiles contain at least oneand often several. I should mention that we have also recently added Atmel Corporation to our SmallCap Network Elite Opportunity (SCN EO) portfolio and we are down about 5.6% mostly due to the recent market volatility.

STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM ) and OmniVision (NASDAQ: OVTI ) are the two camera suppliers, and HTC is reportedly no longer considered a "tier one" manufacturer so it doesn't get priority any more. That implies that one of these image sensor specialists was giving HTC the cold shoulder in favor of bigger names.
- [By Tim Brugger]
In addition to the upgraded Atom processor rollout, Intel also announced a realignment of its management structure. Now comes word the "leading semiconductor company" named in a recent press release announcing the acquisition of a STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM ) and Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC ) mobile GPS joint venture was none other than Intel. When Krzanich said he was committed to the rapidly changing mobile computing market, he wasn't kidding; and that should be sweet music to the ears of Intel shareholders.
